Orders Experience

The orders list shows live status counts as filter chips, debounced search across order numbers and item names, and dense order cards on mobile that become full rows on desktop. Pagination is server-side.

Order details

• Full line items with quantities, variations and unit prices
• Totals including discounts and coupons
• A timeline built from real order dates and store events — never fabricated shipping states
• Billing and shipping addresses, payment method, customer note
• Contextual actions: Pay (when payable), Cancel (when WooCommerce allows it), Reorder (when items are purchasable)

Actions respect WooCommerce rules

Pay uses WooCommerce's own payment URL and only appears while the order needs payment. Cancel mirrors WooCommerce's cancellable status list. Reorder re-validates every item — out-of-stock or unpurchasable products are reported honestly, item by item.
