Licensing & Activation

A Pro license covers a number of sites for one year. Activation happens in your WordPress admin: paste the license key, press activate, and the site validates against wooaccount.com. The server confirms entitlement with a cryptographic signature — the plugin never just trusts a flag.

What is sent during activation

Only what licensing needs: your site URL, a random installation identifier, and plugin / WordPress / WooCommerce / PHP versions. No store data, no customer data, no content — ever. The full list is public and enforced.

Grace period — your store first

Validation results are cached and re-checked periodically. If wooaccount.com is unreachable, your portal keeps working through a grace window and your storefront is never affected. Licensing infrastructure failing never breaks a customer's shop.

Managing sites

Your account portal lists every activation per license. Deactivate a site to free a slot, move a domain, or extend limits by upgrading your plan. Need a temporary slot for development? Support can help within your plan.
