How does activation work?+
Paste your license key in the plugin admin. The site validates against wooaccount.com, receives a cryptographically signed confirmation, and caches it. Re-validation happens periodically with a grace window — never mid-checkout, never blocking your store.
What counts as a site?+
A production WordPress installation on a domain. Staging and development copies count toward your plan's site allowance while active, and you can deactivate a slot any time from your account portal.
What happens when my year ends?+
Your portal keeps working; updates and support pause. We email reminders before expiry, and renewing restores updates instantly — your license key and activations stay untouched.
Can I upgrade between plans?+
Yes — pay the difference and your site limit rises immediately. Downgrades take effect at the next renewal so nothing breaks mid-term.

Is WooAccount a theme or a page builder?
Neither. WooAccount is a customer experience layer: a plugin that takes over the entire WooCommerce account area with its own application shell, routing and design system — while WooCommerce remains the source of truth for all data.
Does it work with any theme?
Yes. The portal renders in its own standalone frame, so your theme's header, footer and sidebar never interfere. It is tested against block themes, classic themes and Storefront.
What happens to existing /my-account links?
WooAccount serves the portal at /wooaccount and 301-redirects every legacy /my-account URL to its canonical portal location, preserving the exact endpoint. Bookmarks, emails and search results keep working.
Is Arabic and RTL really first-class?
Yes. The portal ships with a complete Arabic translation, uses CSS logical properties throughout (a single stylesheet serves both directions), and you control direction per site with LTR as the default.
Does it slow down my store?
The portal loads only on account pages and reuses React from WordPress core with zero bundled framework runtime. There are no third-party scripts and no calls to external services during storefront operation.
What does the license include?
Every plan includes a year of updates and support for the stated number of sites. Licenses activate per domain with self-service site management, signed validation and a grace period — your store never depends on our servers to run.
Can I use it on a staging site?
Yes. Licenses include a self-service activation manager in your account portal. Move a site, add a staging copy within your plan's site limit, or contact support for temporary developer slots.
